How does it work:

Investors buy the bond through their bank or financial institution via an ISIN code.

Antares takes the guarantees from the borrower to realise the investment.

Examples of collateral:

• guarantee on the shares of the company
• guarantee and/or certificate on the asset directly
• access and control of accounts
• audit of the entire investment

The list is not exhaustive and depends on the type of investment.

In return for the loan that Antares Bonds issues, it receives a coupon which is paid to the bondholder via Antares Bonds.
